Las Vegas Stadium
Yes played on a windy night on June 19, 1975 at the Las Vegas Stadium in the Relayer Tour. I was not really a fan but what the heck, Yes was a major touring band with lead singer and founder Jon Anderson and Rick Wakeman on keys. As I mentioned it was a windy night – fact the power went off in the stadium for about ten minutes prompting warnings to stay put and not panic! Where were we going to go!!!
Yes was busy in that tour: June 19 in Las Vegas, then back-to-back shows in Tucson, Hollywood Bowl, Tempe, Long Beach, San Diego and Cow Palace without a day off!
